A Bit About Me

Chef Wizdan Purnama is an experienced Executive  pastry chef, having been on his culinary journey for over 20 years. In 2013, he attended training at Academy Pastry art of Malaysia, working with some of the world's most prestigious chefs The MOF Pattisier and World PAstry Champion , he learned a variety of techniques, including chocolate showpieces, airbrush, pouring sugar art, and pastillage. His dedication to the craft has led him to become an World Class  expert in the pastry arts.
